After the break whilst the line at Cowley Bridge Junction at Exeter was being made more resistant to flood damage, tonight saw the return of the lengthy rail replacement train top and tailed by two Freightliner class 66 locomotives. This was led by the unique livery of 66522 advertising the Shanks Waste Management company with 66615 bringing up the rear. Hopefully we will see the Shanks a few more times this week as it is a rare visitor to this area.

Nick Campbell followed its progress along the Teignmouth sea wall and includes his video. The first picture shows it having just passed the Sprey Point mid way along the wall with the Parson Rock in the background.
