These terms apply to the Coast Cams Viewer Survey Prize Draw 2026.
1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by Coast Cams. Contact: info@coastcams.com.

2. Who can enter
The draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over. Free viewers and paying subscribers are equally welcome. No purchase or subscription is required.
One entry per person is permitted, and each person may win only one prize. Additional entries do not provide additional chances to win.
3. Opening and closing dates
Entries open on 28 September 2026 when the optional prize-entry section is activated.
Entries close at 11:59pm UK time (BST) on Sunday 4 October 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not qualify, even if the survey was started beforehand. Receipt is determined by the submission time recorded by Coast Cams.
The draw will take place on Saturday 10 October 2026.
4. How to enter
Complete the viewer survey at Help shape the future of Coast Cams, select the optional prize-entry checkbox, provide your first name and a valid email address, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept these terms. Submit the survey before the closing deadline.
You may complete the survey without entering the draw. Joining the Coast Cams mailing list is optional and separate from prize entry. Your survey opinions, subscription status and marketing preferences do not affect your chance of winning.
Survey responses submitted without choosing prize entry are not entered into the draw.
5. The seven prizes
- First prize: 12 months of Coast Cams VIP for one winner. An existing subscriber can receive the equivalent VIP upgrade or extension.
- Second prize: one Coast Cams canvas, up to a maximum size of 16 × 24 inches, for one winner.
- Five further prizes: one Coast Cams 2027 calendar for each of five winners.
There will be seven different winners. Postage for the canvas and calendars is included to UK addresses only.
The canvas winner may choose any available Coast Cams design in an available size up to 16 × 24 inches. There is no cash alternative. For an existing VIP subscriber, the VIP prize extends their membership by 12 months; other existing subscribers receive a 12-month VIP upgrade.
6. Selecting and contacting winners
Seven winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on Saturday 10 October 2026. The first selected winner receives the VIP prize, the second receives the canvas, and the next five each receive a calendar. Selected winners are removed from subsequent selections.
Winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer process, or an independent person will conduct or supervise the draw. Coast Cams will retain evidence of selection. Winners will be emailed from info@coastcams.com on Saturday 10 October 2026 using the address supplied with their entry.
Each winner has seven days from their notification email to respond. The notification will state their response deadline. If a winner does not respond within that period, a replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entrants. A replacement will also have seven days from their notification email to respond.
We may ask a winner for information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange the prize. A UK delivery address will be requested from winners of physical prizes.
7. Receiving a prize
UK postage is covered by Coast Cams. Winners will not be asked to pay postage or a fee to claim a prize.
Prizes will be delivered or activated within 30 days of the draw, provided the winner responds within the claim period and supplies the information needed to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery.
8. Winner information
Information showing that prizes were awarded will be available by emailing info@coastcams.com within three months of the draw. This will ordinarily be the surname and county of major prize winners. Entrants may object to disclosure or ask for the information disclosed to be reduced by contacting Coast Cams. Relevant information may still need to be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. Full email addresses and street addresses will not be published.
9. Personal information and marketing
Coast Cams will use prize-entry details to administer the draw, check eligibility, contact winners and arrange prizes. Information required to deliver a prize may be shared with the relevant fulfilment provider.
Entering the draw does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing signup requires the separate optional consent checkbox, and you can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Prize-entry contact details will be kept for three months after all prizes have been awarded, then deleted or anonymised. Information needed to resolve an outstanding complaint will be retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose. Separate marketing records for people who opt in will be handled according to their marketing preferences.
